eh777 Platform Use Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and the operator of the eh777 platform ("eh777", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). These Terms govern all access to and use of the eh777 website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, promotional features and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager or bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and close your account.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all users. Players accessing the platform from Pakistan or any other jurisdiction do so voluntarily and are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable local laws.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created on the eh777 platform.
• "Balance" means the total sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or the applicable account currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free bets or other non-withdrawable incentives credited to an Account subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals may be processed.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on a game, sports market or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player-controlled settings including deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, cool-off periods and self-exclusion available within Account Settings.
• "Jurisdiction" means the legal territory in which the operator holds its gaming licence and from which these Terms are governed.
• "Prohibited User" means any individual who is under the minimum age requirement, located in a restricted jurisdiction or otherwise ineligible to use the Services.

To register and maintain an Account on eh777, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction or your local law, whichever is greater.
2. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and are not acting under a legal disability or guardianship order.
3. Your use of the Platform is not prohibited by any applicable law, regulation or court order in your jurisdiction of residence.
4. You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of a person employed by eh777 or any of its affiliated entities.
5. You are opening an Account for your own personal use only and not on behalf of any third party.
6. You have not previously been self-excluded, permanently banned or had an Account suspended for violation of these Terms.

You may register only one Account on the eh777 platform. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be suspended. You must provide accurate, current and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, address, email address and contact number.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before any withdrawal can be processed, eh777 requires you to complete identity verification. You must submit acceptable documentation, which may include:

• A government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address (issued within the preceding three months)
• Source of funds documentation where requested by the compliance team

eh777 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time in connection with anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud prevention or regulatory obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

4.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. eh777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to protect your login information. You must notify Support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the eh777 platform, you agree to use the Services solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a manner that circumvents normal human play.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of pricing errors.
• Money laundering, fraud, identity theft or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Abusing promotions through coordinated or artificial wagering activity ("bonus abuse").
• Engaging in aggressive, abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward support staff or other users.

eh777 reserves the right to investigate any Account suspected of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, eh777 may immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and completed wagers, and withhold or forfeit Account balances to the extent permitted by applicable law.

All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the operator and may vary by payment method — refer to the live cashier for current limits.

6.1 Payment Method Availability

eh777 may list various payment methods as reference options for Pakistani users, including but not limited to bank transfers via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and digital wallet references such as Easypaisa, JazzCash and Raast. The listing of these payment methods is for informational reference only.

6.2 Currency

Account balances on eh777 are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) as standard. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at rates determined by the operator at the time of the transaction. Exchange rate fluctuations are your responsibility.

6.3 Deposit Responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited to your Account are money you can afford to lose. eh777 strongly recommends using the deposit limit tools available in your account settings before making any deposit.

Withdrawal requests may only be made by verified account holders. KYC completion is a mandatory prerequisite for all withdrawals. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, to satisfy anti-money laundering obligations.

7.1 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the chosen method, your verification status, the operator's internal processing queue and any compliance checks that may apply. No specific processing time is guaranteed. Estimated timelines, where displayed in the cashier, are indicative only.

7.2 Withdrawal Conditions

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until associated wagering requirements are fully met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed pending completion of outstanding KYC documentation.
• eh777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are set by the operator — refer to the cashier for current thresholds.

7.3 Refusal of Withdrawals

eh777 may refuse or reverse a withdrawal request where: the Account has not completed KYC; there is an active investigation into suspected fraud or prohibited conduct; the withdrawal is inconsistent with applicable AML procedures; or the Account has a negative balance or outstanding wagering requirements.

All bonuses, promotions and free bets offered by eh777 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between these general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

8.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal can be requested. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Minimum Deposit: A minimum qualifying deposit (e.g., PKR 500 or PKR 1,000 as specified per offer) is required to activate most deposit-match promotions.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses are forfeited without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Some games (e.g., live dealer tables, certain slots) may be excluded or contribute at a reduced rate.
• One Bonus Per Player: Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously unless expressly stated.

8.2 Bonus Abuse

eh777 actively monitors for coordinated or artificial bonus exploitation. Where bonus abuse is detected, eh777 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings and close the Account without prior notice.

All bets and wagers placed on the eh777 platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sportsbook, casino, live dealer, crash games or other categories. Users are responsible for understanding the rules of each game or market before placing a wager.

9.1 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets, including cricket (PSL, T20, ICC tournaments), football, UFC and other events are offered for entertainment purposes. Odds are provided by third-party odds technology providers. eh777 has no partnership with, endorsement from or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC, any cricket board or any sports league referenced on the platform.

9.2 Voids and Cancelled Bets

eh777 reserves the right to void, suspend or cancel any bet or wager where: a manifest pricing error has occurred; the relevant event has been cancelled, postponed or abandoned; fraud or irregular activity is detected; or system or data feed errors have affected the relevant market. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the Account.

9.3 Casino Games

Casino games, including slots, live dealer tables and instant-win products, are governed by their individual game rules and the RTP (Return to Player) values published by the relevant game studio. eh777 does not manipulate game outcomes. Results are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) or real-time live dealer mechanics as applicable.

eh777 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. As a condition of using the platform, you agree to make use of available responsible gambling tools and to gamble within your means.

10.1 Available Tools

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on how much you can deposit to your Account.
• Loss Limits: Limit the maximum net losses you can incur within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits & Reminders: Receive alerts and automatic session breaks after a set duration of play.
• Cool-off Periods: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined short-term period.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or long-term exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10.2 Problem Gambling

If gambling is negatively affecting your finances, relationships or mental wellbeing, please use the self-exclusion tool immediately and seek support from recognised problem gambling support resources available in your region or the operator's license jurisdiction. eh777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe
• Registration by an ineligible person (underage, restricted jurisdiction)
• Operating multiple accounts or circumventing a self-exclusion
• Receipt of a court order, regulatory direction or law enforcement request
• Account inactivity exceeding the period defined in the operator's dormant account policy

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by contacting Support. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds with outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding checks.

All content on the eh777 platform — including but not limited to software, designs, trademarks, logos, text, graphics, game assets and compiled data — is the proprietary intellectual property of eh777 or its licensed content suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, decompile or create derivative works from any platform content without express prior written authorisation from eh777.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, eh777 excludes all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary loss or damage arising from your use of or inability to access the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits or data
• System downtime, technical errors or network interruptions
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect credentials
• Actions of third-party payment providers
• Delays in withdrawal processing attributable to KYC, AML checks or payment provider timelines

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Your personal data is collected and processed by eh777 in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Data collected includes account registration details, transaction records, gameplay data, device and browser information, and correspondence with Support. This data is used to operate the platform, process payments, complete KYC, prevent fraud and comply with regulatory requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the eh777 operator holds its gaming licence. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law in your country of residence requires otherwise.

Players accessing the platform from Pakistan do so at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable Pakistani laws, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. eh777 makes no representation that the Services are lawful in Pakistan or any other specific jurisdiction. eh777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the platform and/or email to your registered address with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and close your Account before the effective date of the changes. The current effective version of these Terms is always accessible on this page.
